Once your proposal is approved, we’ll place your project on our installation schedule and coordinate the next steps with you.

Deposit
A 50% deposit is due on the day your project begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Once your project begins, our trusted installation team will handle every step of the process—from preparing the base and installing your turf to the final cleanup and finishing touches. We keep you informed throughout the process so you know what to expect every step of the way.

Every project is different, so installation time depends on the size and scope of your project. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates so you always know what to expect.
Artificial grass is designed to be low-maintenance, but a little upkeep will keep it looking its best. Occasional rinsing, brushing, and removing leaves or debris is typically all that’s needed to keep your turf clean, fresh, and looking great.
Purchase Green artificial grass products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering key product components, including UV degradation, fiber strength, and the stability of the backing, yarn, and tuft bind. It’s our way of giving you confidence that your turf is built to perform and last.
We understand that plans can change as a project comes together. If you’d like to make adjustments along the way, we’ll work with you to find the best solution, clearly communicate any changes in scope or cost, and make sure you’re happy with the finished project.
Once your proposal is signed, we’ll confirm the details of your project, get you on the installation schedule, collect the required deposit upon arrival. From there, we’ll keep you updated and guide you through each step until your project is complete.
Terms & agreement
The full agreement
Terms & Conditions Below:
50% of the total contract amount is due to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
Owner is responsible for identifying and verifying property lines prior to the start of work.
Materials are as described in this proposal. Substitutions of comparable material may occur based on availability.
Work will be scheduled and performed in a timely manner, subject to weather and material availability.
Work is performed in compliance with applicable licensing and code requirements.
Reflected light from windows or other surfaces can cause localized heating and damage to synthetic turf. Contractor is not responsible for damage resulting from localized heating.
Contractor maintains liability insurance covering the work performed under this agreement.
Any change to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order.
Amounts associated with approved change orders are due in accordance with the payment terms of this agreement.
Accepted payment methods are as identified by the Contractor at the time of payment.
In the event of Owner insolvency, Contractor may suspend performance and pursue available remedies.
Contractor will perform the work in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
This document constitutes the full agreement between the parties regarding the work described.
In any action to enforce this agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.
This agreement may be amended or supplemented only in writing signed by both parties.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
